Session I

  1. Advisors, You are the Hub of the Wheel

    (101) Advisors, You are the Hub of the Wheel

    (Adults)

As an advisor, you are KEY to the success of the 4-H program! You are the hub of the wheel for the 4-H member, parents, and the county educator. We have a lot of responsibility and sometimes there is so much coming at us, that we can get derailed. Come to this session to celebrate your role as a club advisor, Jr. Fairboard advisor, 4-H Committee/Council member, etc.!  We will look at today’s youth (our “clients”), the purpose of 4-H, and our unique roles.  We will do some personal reflection to help us determine some goals and clarity in direction. You’ll receive links and ideas for your toolbox.  Learn about being ACTIVE and be encouraged about the impact that a 4-H advisor can have! Limited to: 100 participants.  Presented by: Amy Fleshman
