Spanish Translation of the Ohio's Cloverbud Program Manual -
Series I

Click for Spanish version

Recommended for use by Spanish -speaking Cloverbud advisors working with Cloverbud children regardless of their language orientation. These Ohio 4-H Cloverbud program curriculum materials include short term, fun, cooperative, noncompetitive activities that can be used by adult volunteers with Cloverbud youth (5- 8 years-old) to help them gain self-confidence, experience achievement, and develop positive attitudes.

The Cloverbud activities will enable adult volunteers to help Cloverbud children connect to subject areas of science and technology, expressive arts, health, the environment, personal development, citizenship, family science, consumerism, plants and animals.

Since this Spanish version is primarily text only; it is recommended to use it along with the graphic-enhanced English version that is available by hardcopy through The Ohio State University Extension Publications. Fax your order on letter head or purchase order to (614-292-1248), order number 710GPM, currently $15.00 (plus shipping and handling); do not forget to include your UPS shipping address. Questions can be telephoned to Janis Cripe at 614-292-1607. The English version has been reviewed and recommended by the National 4-H Curriculum Review Process.

Special thanks is extended to the CYFERnet people for making this possible with their funding and providing the Webmaster services to get it up and running. CYFERnet is a national network of land grant university faculty and county Extension educators working to support community-based educational programs for children, youth, parents and families. Gratitude is also extended to Trudy Dunham, Srinivas Kolluri (did the HTML mark-up), Sarah McArdell, Bob Rubinyi, Wendy Stivers, and Roger Terry.

The translation of Ohio's Cloverbud Program Manual - Series I was made possible by grants from the St. Ann Foundation of Cleveland, Ohio and The Ohio 4-H Foundation.
