Discuss the project goals with your protégé and how they can relate beyond the project. For example, if project record-keeping is one of the goals, discuss the value of good record-keeping beyond this project. How can it be helpful in other projects? How does it relate to school? Other clubs? Life beyond school? How can your protégé use what he/she has learned through the project with other youth?
