4-H Bottled Water Fundraising Program

The 4-H bottled water project is organized for counties, camps or other groups who would like to use this as a fund raiser or marketing program. No county is obligated to participate; however we encourage you to look at this opportunity and see how it could benefit your county program.

Details

  • 4-H has developed a standard 4-H label.
  • The bottle will be 20 oz. with a sport cap.
  • Price per case is $12.00 - 24 bottles are in a case ($.50 per bottle).
  • Minimum order is 28 cases (1/2 pallet). Full pallet is 56 cases.

Pricing/Payment

Amanda Hills suggests a resale price of $1 per bottle. However, this is determined by your organization. You may sell it for more or less. When you place your order you have 2 options: (1) Send your payment in with the order. (2) Amanda Hills will bill you. Do not send it through the 4-H Foundation Office.

Estimate Sales & Usage

Please review and estimate potential sales or usage for upcoming events such as county fairs, pre-fair judging events, county trainings, and other local activities where volunteers and youth would like to sell and/or use the bottled water. It is sometimes difficult to make these projections but Amanda Hills can help based on their previous experience with this product. Call Laura Gold (800.375.0885) Ext. 215 for assistance.

How to Order

Place your order directly with Amanda Hills Spring Water click here for an order form. The company will process the order and payments, as well as confirm delivery details. Allow 1-2 weeks for delivery. Call Amanda Hills for rush order requests.

Delivery

Choose a location that can easily receive 28-56 cases of water. The water is shipped on a pallet. When a delivery destination is not equipped with a receiving dock, you must arrange for delivery assistance. Drivers are not available to physically unload and handle the shipment. The product will arrive via Common Carrier. This company will be able to contact the person listed on your order form 24 hours prior to delivery and estimate a delivery time.
